Cancellation Policy
In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapist's time, we have adopted the following policies:

Cancellation:
24 hour advance notice is always required when canceling or changing an appointment. If you do not give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.

Same day appointments:
Please be aware that when booking an appointment on the same day, it is considered set, and if changed, canceled or rescheduled at any point after it is made, the client is responsible for paying for the full price of the appointment.

No-Shows:
Anyone who does not keep their appointment for whatever reason (without prior 24 hour notice to cancel) will be considered a no show and will be charged for their appointment.

Arriving Late:
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full fee for the session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
